Chris Phillips

Before establishing Phillips Energy, Mr. Phillips was the Chief Executive Officer of Phillips Energy Partners for ten years from 2006 to 2016. He partnered with EnCap Investments and led the investment team in four separate funds, Phillips Energy Partners’ I, II, III, and IV. Prior to Phillips Energy Partners, Mr. Phillips worked at Texla Energy Management in Houston, TX and Cornerstone Natural Gas in Dallas, TX. He is a Board Member at Southfield School and the Betty & Leonard Phillips Deaf Action Center. Mr. Phillips is also a member of Independent Petroleum Association of America, Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, American Association of Professional Landmen, and NGET. He received a B.B.A in Business and Petroleum Land Management from the University of Mississippi.
Oliver Jenkins

Oliver Jenkins is the Chief Executive Officer at Phillips Energy. Before aasuming this role, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Phillips Energy Partners from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Jenkins spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a Masters in International Relations from the University of Paris. Mr. Jenkins is Chairman of the Board of the Royalty Corporations of Beaumont and serves as a Councilman for the City of Shreveport.

Before joining Phillips Energy, Ms. Sandifer was the Chief Accounting Officer at Phillips Energy Partners from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, she worked at Tango Transport and LifeCare Hospitals. Ms. Sandifer is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. She received a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. Ms. Sandifer is a Certified Public Accountant.

Before joining Phillips Energy, Mr. Stinson served as the Vice President of Business Development at Phillips Energy Partners from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Focus Case Management Solutions in Houston, TX. Mr. Stinson is the Chairman of the Ark-La-Tex Oilmen’s Golf Association and a Board Member at the Shreveport Wildcatters Association.

Prior to that, she has held positions at Black Stone Minerals Company and Ryder Scott Petroleum Consultants in Houston, TX. Ms. Azzawe is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. She received a B.S. in Mathematics from Centenary College of Louisiana and an M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Louisiana Tech University.

James Royal

James Royal is the former CEO of Staghorn Petroleum LLC, an EnCap backed upstream oil and gas company. Prior to Staghorn Petroleum, James held various roles in at Newfield Exploration including New Ventures Manager, Asset Manager and Engineer. He also held several significant roles at BP including Business Development Advisor, Manager of Technical Information Services, and Lead Reservoir Engineer. James Royal has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
Nick Altman

Nick Altman is the founder and managing partner Infinity Power Partners, a full-service energy managements and consulting firm based in Houston with offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to founding Infinity Power Partners in 2011, Nick served as a consultant on large to mid-sized commercial real estate portfolios. Nick graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in business.
Peter Farrell

Peter Farrell is the founder, chair emeritus and former CEO of ResMed Inc., a medical equipment company. Before founding ResMed, Dr. Farrell served as vice president of research and development at various subsidiaries of Baxter International, Inc. He is an elected member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering and a trustee of Scripps Research. He was named 2005 U.S. National Entrepreneur of the Year for Health Sciences, 2001 Australian Entrepreneur of the Year, and the 1998 San Diego Entrepreneur of the Year. Dr. Farrell has a B.E. from the Univ. of Sydney, a S.M. from MIT, a Ph.D. from the Univ. of Washington, and a D.Sc. from the Univ. of New South Wales.
Mickey Altman

Mickey Altman is the owner of Ariel Development, a real estate development and consulting company. Prior to Ariel, he was the managing member of Viva Cinemas LLC, a new concept in family friendly entertainment. He also has extensive management experience with other development firms to include Santikos Real Estate Services, MNM Global, Republic Capital Development Group and NICPA Holdings. Mickey has a Bachellor of Journalism from the University of Texas and a J.D. from the University of Houston College of Law.
